The association was founded in June of 1996, in the South of France, in Roquebrun, between Montpellier and Narbonne.
Since then it has set up several events.
Its main goal is to create new relationship between the public at large and the diverse languages of contemporary visual arts.
To achieve this, it organizes exhibitions, installations, … open to the public and its questioning.
It tends to set up didactic activities enabling people to discover art works, get familiar with critical language and practice studio work.
Furthermore, the association takes part in arranging exchanges between French and foreign artists, and therefore between different publics.

Association régie par la loi de 1901L’association a été créée en juin 1996, dans le midi de la France, au nord de l’axe Montpellier-Narbonne, à Roquebrun.
Elle a depuis mis en place de nombreux manifestations.
Son principal objectif est de fonder de nouveaux rapports entre le public en général et la diversité de la création artistique plastique contemporaine.
A cette fin, l’association organise des expositions, installations, interventions…, ouvertes au public et à son questionnement.
Elle tend à mettre en place des actions pédagogiques relatives à la découverte, la critique et la pratique, lors de manifestations extérieures et de la mise en place d’ateliers.
Enfin, elle participe à des échanges entre plasticiens français et étrangers, par les manifestations proposées, et par conséquent à établir une communication entre différents publics.
